Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 26-year-old man wanted for questioning in connection with a May 31 incident in Waimea.

Alden “Pono” Pauline III is known to frequent the Honokaa, Waimea, and Kona areas, according to the Hawaii Police Department. Pauline is described as a local-Caucasian male, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo sleeve on his right arm.
